下单前请务必确认商品、数量、地址及订单资料。
一旦订单成功付款，即代表您已阅读、理解并同意以下政策：

• 订单成功付款后，如顾客临时取消订单，将扣除订单总金额的 50% 作为订单处理费、预留货物费用及相关行政成本。

• 若商品已经安排出货、已交由物流公司，或已从海外仓/供应商寄出，订单将无法直接取消。

• 如顾客仍需退货，必须自行承担来回国际运费，并将商品寄回至我们指定的退货地址。

• 商品必须保持全新、未使用、未拆封/未损坏状态，并附上完整原包装。若商品已被使用、损坏、缺少配件或包装不完整，我们有权拒绝退款。

• 国际订单退货途中如发生遗失、损坏、延误或海关问题，我们将不承担相关责任。请务必使用可追踪的运输方式。

• 退款金额将根据订单状态、商品状态及实际产生的费用进行计算。若涉及手续费、国际运费、平台费用或汇率差额，相关费用将由顾客自行承担。

• 一旦您完成下单及付款，即代表您已接受并同意本店的订单取消与退货政策。

📦 Cancellation & Return Policy

Please make sure all product details, quantity, shipping address, and order information are correct before placing your order.

Once payment has been successfully completed, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy:

• If the customer requests to cancel the order after successful payment, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted as an order processing fee, reserved stock fee, and administrative cost.

• If the item has already been arranged for shipment, handed over to the courier, or shipped out from our overseas warehouse/supplier, the order cannot be cancelled directly.

• If the customer still wishes to return the item, the customer must bear the two-way international shipping costs and send the item back to our designated return address.

• The item must remain brand new, unused, unopened/undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. If the item has been used, damaged, missing accessories, or returned with incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

• For international returns, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or customs issues during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.

• The final refund amount will be calculated based on the order status, item condition, and any actual costs incurred. Any handling fees, international shipping fees, platform fees, or exchange rate differences shall be borne by the customer.
